Khansaheb Facilities Management were proud sponsors of the second edition of the Customer Happiness Summit and Awards (CHSA) held at the Ritz Carlton JBR in Dubai. The event that welcomed over 300 delegates from across the Government and local and international organisations focussed on delivering customer happiness with an influence on all factors that influence it. CHSA’s mission is to connect and promote an open and critical dialogue, to improve and shape the strategic decision-making process for government officials & businesses on how to leverage innovation & technology, data & human driven resources to enhance the consumer experience. Over 25 speakers took to the stage to deliver insightful presentations, panel discussions, case studies and research on various topics centred around customer satisfaction and happiness.
In addition, industry winners were honoured for initiatives that delivered enhanced customer experience through better implementation of technology and processes. Some notable categories were ‘Most Innovative Customer Initiative’, ‘Best Strategic Customer Loyalty Program’ and ‘Best use of Digital and Social Media for Customer Experience’. FM Director, Jennifer Peltenburg was also among the speakers, participating in an intriguing panel discussion on the topic ‘How can we be happy if machines are taking our jobs?’
