Kenneth recently joined Khansaheb as a Divisional Commercial Manager. With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, he had successfully managed the contract and financial aspects of various high value projects, oversaw site-based project quantity surveyors and their teams, and ensuring projects are executed in line with business expectations.

Kenneth is an experienced Commercial Manager and his past designations include Shapoorji Pallonji, Stantec and Fibrex Contracting.

With his role with Khansaheb FM, Kenneth is responsible for administering contracts, financial management and producing internal cost forecasts as well as internal/external financial reports making sure the Employer gets value for money for the services rendered, handle applications for payment and cash collection. He manages the change control process and deals with employer and consultants in relation to all aspects of the works. Kenneth has BSc (Hons) in Construction Commercial Management, CIOB Accredited.
