Sean joined the Khansaheb FM as a Technical Services and Innovation Manager and recently was appointed as Operations Manager. He has operated in the Facilities Management sector for the past 21 years where he has developed skills across various Facilities Management fields such as Technical & Operational Delivery, Contract, Commercial and People Management.
 

 

He has gained significant experience in the following Areas; Residential, Telecommunications, Retail, Healthcare, Commercial, Education, Pharmaceutical and Financial & Government Establishments. His previous companies include Interserve, Cofely, George S Halls, Fourth Electrical Services, Mowlem, and McAlpines FM.

As Khansaheb FM’s Technical and Innovation Manager, he is responsible for the review of the technical maintenance delivery and achieve cost savings by developing new procedures for the projects without compromising quality. Having worked in the United Kingdom on many of the key Interserve contracts, with a focus on driving innovation, Sean will further strengthen our teams as we develop new solutions for clients and build the knowledge of our technical operations.
