With over a decade of new business development and technical sales experience in the UAE construction industry, Neil has led the design, supply and instillation of specialist building solutions, including, architectural ironmongery, physical access control, lighting and smart building controls systems into the regions most recognized projects.

Neil currently leads the Business Development Team at Khansaheb Facilities Management, ensuring our bid proposals go above and beyond our clients’ expectations using industry leading technology combined with a sustainable, energy-efficient focus.

Neil is a Guild Accredited Architectural Ironmonger, a CIBSE SLL Qualified Lighting Designer and holds a BA in Economics with Honors from the University of Essex. Recently, he held the position of Business Development Director for Lylux, a British lighting manufacturer, securing specialist lighting design, supply and instillation contracts, through their regional office in Dubai and managing the process from bid to handover. He focuses on ensuring clients receive a return-on-investment through energy-saving reports and innovative, smart building solutions. He has worked on an average of over 30 new developments a year predominantly in the hospitality, residential, healthcare and public sectors.
